The VETUS “Easy Tank” is suitable for both waste water and drinking water and it can be installed in spaces which are, under normal circumstances, barely accessible. In order to install it, only an opening in the floor or panelling is required, through which the flat connection cover can be inserted. The “Easy Tank” has the advantages of a flexible tank, which can be folded or rolled up, to push it through a relatively small opening.

There is a cover on the top of the tank, with an air valve and a special UV light bulb. When the tank is in place, it is inflated so that it assumes the shape of the space in which it is located. Curing takes place under influence of the UV light and the skin will harden to create a rigid outer tank.

Inside this rigid outer tank, a flexible inner food quality liner is now inserted. The temporary cover with the UV bulb is removed and replaced by a permanent cover, on which all connectors and a gauge sender can be fitted. This cover is available in two versions: for drinking water or waste water and should be ordered accordingly. The inner tank can also be removed, in order to facilitate periodical cleaning and is available as a spare part in case of damage.

Material Specifications

• The outer tank is made of coated and durable canvas, with a hardening layer of fibreglass reinforced polyester.
• The inner tank is made of food quality polythene, suitable for drinking or waste water.

Installation Options
The correct connection cover should be ordered separately.
There are two different sets available, one for use as waste
water tank and the other for use as a drinking water tank.

The connection set for waste water consists of the
following parts:
• 1 angled connector, ø 38 mm for filling the tank
• 1 angled suction tube, ø 38 mm for emptying the tank
• 1 angled connector, ø 19 mm for the breather
• 1 gauge sender
