Headboard Shackles

Key pin headboard shackles are easily opened by a single half turn, but the pin remains captive within the body of the shackle. The bar allows the line to remain attached to the shackle.

Rope can be spliced directly over the thimble shackle. The thimble shackle is available with a captive pin for headboard applications, and with an Allen head pin for clew attachment.
